(Third & Fourth Year Study) 120 semester hours – 40/60 page thesis requirement for degree.

Admission Requirements:

  • Any student seeking to enroll into the Bachelor program must have graduated from high school or received his/her GED
  • In some circumstances incomplete adult student may be considered
  • Complete the Admission form and pay the fee.
  • Maintained a 3.0 GPA are eligible for direct entry to the Bachelor degree program
  • Prerequisites are mandatory
    1. Evangelism/Christian Worker (18 Units)
    2. General Bible I (30 Units)
    3. General Bible II (30 Units)

The purpose of Mt. Olive Bible Institute & Seminary Bachelor of Theology (120 credit hours) is to equip those who are called to leadership roles in the Christian community. In addition this degree program provides an introduction to Biblical Studies, Christian Theology and History. This program also provides an introduction to current and proven ministry approaches that make a difference in the lives of people. A study of soteriology, theism and eschatology that traces the doctrines of salvation, the doctrine of God and the last things taught in the Scriptures. A brief detailed investigation on Comparative religions, the book of Revelation in relation to biblical prophecy, and Church History. Thesis research writing is also required.

Bachelors of Christian Counseling: (120 Credit Hours) Fourth Year Study

A study of human behavior through the lens of Scripture will be analyzed. The student is required to form a Biblical doctrine of psychology using Scriptural principles. Students will learn to specialize in the methods and techniques employed by a Christian Counselor. Thesis research on Christian Psychology is required for this program. Note: This program is not designed to meet any state licensure requirements.
